Live Webinar | Significance and Nexus of Leadership and Risk-Based Thinking in Quality Management

The current version of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Standard has further increased its focus on the customer by mandating top management to be actively involved in steering the QMS to align with the organisation’s strategic direction. Top management is also responsible for promoting buy-in of quality practices and communicating the importance of the QMS and how it meets customer and regulatory requirements.

The revised standard has raises the bar regarding process-approach by requiring organisation to adopt risk-based thinking and to identify what can go wrong in their planned arrangements and take advantages of events that occur in their favour.

Join us for an insights filled webinar to discover:

  • how leadership and risk-based thinking shape a company’s quality management system;
  • the benefits of direct top management involvement; and
  • how risk-based thinking helps build an organisation that is responsive to an ever changing business environment.
