ComfortDelGro Taxi is the largest taxi operator in Singapore with 60% of the fleet size market share in terms of fleet. Being the biggest taxi operator in Singapore, ComfortDelGro Taxi is conscious that business continuity plans are critical to the continuous operation of their business.

As such, the organsation decided to take a proactive approach to adopt the ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) to help build resilience against disruption and allowing them to get back to business as usual, as quickly as possible.
